The English midfielder sustained the foot problem during a training session on Friday and has not travelled with the squad for tonightís Premier League game. This will be Leicesterís first game without title winning manager Claudio Ranieri, after the club let the Italian go due to the Foxes poor form.
The injury was caused by a kick to the foot at the training ground, which has caused serious bruising. Fortunately for the club, the scans show that it hasnít fractured, meaning he wonít be out for too long. However, this will mean he will miss out on their clash with Arsenal, which is a massive game for both clubs as they try and secure Champions League football for next season.
Klopp isnít too short for options with the manager able to choose from Emre Can and Lucas Leiva, although the Brazilian might fill in at the back with Dejan Lovren still recovering from a knee injury. Daniel Sturridge is also a doubt for tonightís game with the forward suffering from a virus last week, which has forced him out of training.
